Meet Your Trainer
Steph created the transformative courses on achieving optimal psychological wellbeing as part of her Master's degree research at Oxford University.
With 15 years of experience as a teacher and leader in secondary education and as a tutor to young athletes in professional football clubs, Steph is perfectly situated to translate what the science of wellbeing tells us about how we can reach our full potential.
Her aim is to make the powerful knowledge hidden away in the scientific journals and academic literature about how to thrive, accessible and actionable for as many people as possible.

Meet Your Chef
Dave, our lead chef at Project Good Life, has over 20 years of experience in professional kitchens and he has an accredited diploma in sports nutrition. When he isn't catering for our retreats, he is busy providing high-quality performance nutrition for Premier League athletes. On the Flourish and Nourish retreat, Dave will craft delicious meals designed to make you feel as good as they taste. You'll get a flavour of his work by visiting his Instagram page @private_chef_DB.
